Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Delivery within the UK usually takes 1-3 working days.Please allow 24hrs for your order to be dispatched once placed - this does not include weekends or bank holidays. Please pay attention to if you have received related letters or documents if your package has not been delivered to you after a long time. 

Delivery of the package is handled by Royal Mail or DHL. Once the package has been sent out, it is not within our capability to follow up, so please ensure that you leave us with the correct delivery address. 
In the rare event that there is damage to your package, or that your package has been lost or stolen, please keep related evidence such as pictures, and reach out to Royal Mail for compensation by googling "Royal Mail damaged/lost/stolen package claim".
